Le voyage en douce (1980) - Incest Comedy
Two women, friends since childhood, leave for the south, as one of them wants to buy a house there, and the other has quarreled with her François. Their journey together turns into a kind of farewell to their youth, they recall the erotic details of their lives, fantasize about sex, fool around, but it is all colored by sadness - there are fewer and fewer opportunities for adventure ahead and they will never be 18 or even 28 years old again. It's a very subtle and multilayered picture, delicately revealing things we rarely admit to ourselves.
