After a visit to Karla's doctor father, Mikael, it is decided that Bjørn must submit a sperm sample; they have to find out if he is the reason why Karla is not pregnant yet. But Bjørn does not want to masturbate in hospital. In general, he thinks that their sex life lacks a bit of party and colour. While Bjørn and Karla try to get things going, Mads-Emil tries to reconcile with Simone after the fondue evening. With Bjørn's help, he gets an idea for a big romantic gesture.
